Our CDN provider, Netlify, has updated their component status from Partial Outage to Operational: https://www.netlifystatus.com/incidents/fz58qv0kt6vr

First customer reports also indicate JXL service is back to normal.

Update

Our CDN provider, Netlify, has just confirmed a partial outage in the Australia region: https://www.netlifystatus.com/incidents/fz58qv0kt6vr

All our customers' reports also originate from Australia, so we're now working under the assumption that this is the sole cause. We're hoping they can restore their infrastructure services to an operational state soon and will add another update here for any developments. Thanks for your patience.

Investigating

We have reports of an outage where users are not able to load JXL pages and receive a Jira error instead. We are investigating with Atlassian.
