All our customers' reports also originate from Australia, so we're now working under the assumption that this is the sole cause. We're hoping they can restore their infrastructure services to an operational state soon and will add another update here for any developments. Thanks for your patience.

Investigating -
We have reports of an outage where users are not able to load JXL pages and receive a Jira error instead. We are investigating with Atlassian.
